The antique beds are topped with 10 inch thick latex mattresses. The en-suit bathrooms contain bathtubs, rain showers and hot water.

The bungalow includes a modern pantry, in which the cupboards are carved out of Kumbuk wood, a first class rare Sri Lankan endemic timber with a granite top.

The garden is structured in such a way that when anyone enters from the bungalow gates they feel that they are visiting an estate bungalow in the hill country. The bungalow is surrounded by a huge landscaped garden full of shady fruit bearing trees, exotic flowers and birds, making the bungalow a truly treasured paradise. Several concrete benches are kept under shady trees where you can enjoy the nature, read, meditate or just chill. A 90 year old staircase leads to the bottom part of the garden. The bottom garden houses a large number of mahogany trees that provides shelter for many birds.

There is adequate space to build a swimming pool and parking space for over 7 vehicles.
